Final Reflection
The course is based on the principles and values of the Montessori method. The course is designed to equip each participant to gain confidence and serve as one of the greatest strengths of the school. The course also provides Montessori Assistants a greater appreciation of their service for the children and the whole community.
Topics include Dr. Maria Montessori’s Life and Work, the nature of the child, the beauty of the Montessori environment, best practices for classroom management, the role of the adult in nurturing the child, and the inner preparation of the adult.
The reflective learning, interactive activities, and collaborative work throughout this course will provide learners a deeper view of the whole child and education.
